Today I read an incredible article published here on foodmatters.tv

It describes an experiment conducted by Harvard Medical School who discovered that meditation can actively encourage the following physical changes to our body:

  1. Increased immunity
  2. Emotional balance
  3. Increased fertility
  4. Relief from irritable bowel syndrome
  5. Lowers blood pressure
  6. Acts as an Anti-inflammatory against Stress
  7. Calmness of the mind

So if you are still a sceptic who believes meditation is nothing more than sitting down for a period of time with your eyes closed – think again!
